    If you had made $16K on the first month you were with adsense then you most likely were using tricks, Blackhat methods, or just plain stealing.
    Therefore you deserve to be banned and not paid.

    If I owned google and someone tricked their way into earnings I would ban them too.

    Its not against the google policy to sell links. Its against the google search policy to buy links for the purpose of SEO.
    A) The rule has nothing to do with the Seller.
    B) The rule you are mentioning has nothing to do with an adsense policy. Its the search engine policy.

    Oh my, have found this thread just now, I don't think that there're some valuable alternatives in the field, which would cover all Google functionality. The company goes too far in what they demand, but it's still very convenient in usage

    BoyCott Google. You know when I read about Google and also read your comments...I do agree that the power Google has is scary...but it is now such a huge part of my everyday life. I would have to make changes I am not willing to make. For me there has to be a much bigger argument against Google...
