hi I'm Travs the artist behind the toon of Manny Pacquiao found at
    http://www.boxingconfidential.com/articles.php?id=3D375

my caricature was used in their website without permission and without any credit in return. the original file is right at my site http://www.travsoutput.com/gfx/toons/mannypacman.gif watermark has already been applied just now to avoid more ripoffs such as this.

I am very dissapointed to the fact a website such as boxingconfidential.com uses materials which are not originally theirs and not even granted permission.

it only takes less than 2 minutes to email me. but they didn't. instead, they assumed that they can get away with it. probably they think "haha that travs dude won't even find out about this site". theft is theft.

anyway, the toon is still up on their home page www.boxingconfidential.com (just scroll to the bottom)

in case you missed it, i prepared a screen cap

This is a fact of life on the internet so don't let it get to you too much. Tell them to take it down, call them out publically, and move on.

not much you can do im afraid. why not offer to sell it or even maybe offer it in return for a link to your site ??? easier than fighting a war over something they have already stolen.

Charge them a massive licensing fee. They've already used it, so they dont have a point of negotiation. :D
