    I would design some sort of logo involving boxing gloves or similar. I think an image builds brand loyalty in very subtle but long lasting ways.

    i would say that the theme and template doesn't fit to the boxing world.

    Besides that - ads are wider than right column, so... I don't know if google likes that...

    The blog theme looks too generic, I would add a nice header (reflecting your site's niche) to customize it a bit.
