Bounce rate means that how many visitors are visiting your website properly, in other words we can say that when visitors visit our website and run away in a very little time it comes under bounce rate.According to me bounce rate must be between 40 to 50%.

Simple answer here, the lower the bounce rate, the more interested the visitors are with your site normally.

Lower the bounce rate the good for website. Bounce Rate means, a person came to your site and felt from the landing or home page itself, without visiting any other pages. If this happens again and again then your site bounce rate will be high, and it seems your site is not much appealing or interesting to your viewer.
30 to 40% is set as a benchmark by many webmasters.

You can get your answer via Google analytics help. Anyway, I have made your work easy.
Bounce rate is the percentage of single-page visits or visits in which the person left your site from the entrance (landing) page. Use this metric to measure visit quality - a high bounce rate generally indicates that site entrance pages aren't relevant to your visitors. The more compelling your landing pages, the more visitors will stay on your site and convert. You can minimize bounce rates by tailoring landing pages to each keyword and ad that you run. Landing pages should provide the information and services that were promised in the ad copy.

One of the biggest problems on websites, especially coaching websites, is a high bounce rate. A bounce rate is the rate at which people simply bounce off of your website; specifically your home page. For instance, a person might land on your home page and won't click further to any other pages.

Your answer is right but I don’t believe that bounce rate is related with home page.

Bounce rate mean that visitor are coming on your web site. But, visitor come your web site and jump another other site. It'll increase bounce rate or web site. If visitor visit web site and then visit some inner pages. It'll decreased bounce rate. If any web site bounce rate low 30-40% it mean web site getting qualify traffic.

Google defines bounce rate as “the percentage of single-page visits (i.e. visits in which the person left your site from the entrance page).”
A low bounce rate means you have done a good job at attracting visitors who actually want to be at your site. If your bounce rate is over 60%, you need to fix some of your inbound marketing strategies. This means optimizing page titles, using graphics, reducing loading time and streamlining site navigation.
