Bouncing Rankings On My Site ????

    Hi have been working on seo on my site when i completed within 1 week i was position 7 for keyword programmer forum.

    The 2 weeks later i was position 13.

    Now my 3rd week i am at position 35.

    At the same time as this my ranking in msn has gone up to number 4 from 42.

    Is this normal to have such a bounce in rankings and will this continue to go up and down.

    Also my URL for the keyword is getting picked up like this in yahoo.

    May be u are modifying your kewords and title too much. yahoo is unpredictable.

    That may be it i have modified the tile 3 times. But i will not need to modify it any more so hopefully my rank will return.

    Even if you don't make changes rankings can go up and down like a roller coaster on a daily basis
