    It will help, around as much as a PR6 good site.

    it wont give the same power as a related (to your site), english PR8 link.

    If that site is related to your site, then why not?
    The site must have got the PR8 based on tons of Inlinks, and many of those inlinks will be related to that Site, and thus you got yourself a link with a very good link invironment................IF ONLY IF THAT SITE IS RELATED TO YOURS...


    And..... you will get a jump in your PR, so hopefully you will be able to sell some links.

    And the a PR8 site obviously has a good traffic, so you will definitely get some traffic.

    BTW how much did you pay for the link?

    You will definitely get a High PR if PR is all you are looking for.

    Google back links don't update constantly (at least not visibly to you and me). Try a yahoo link search, if they yahoo sees it, google likely does too.

    That is surprising. Links from highe PR sites, 7 and above shows up within a few days.
