Hey all, I just started using my new Apple MacBook which you can check my first post here Actually i love everything in it, but as i am using a normal windows laptop i am not able to understand any keyboard shortcuts etc. and many other things. Guys who already are using Mac can be helpful in guiding me to some nice places where i cal learn more and more things basically about this Macbook. Check the post for a couple of doubts i have I am sure there are a lot of Mac users around in DP.

I have the same apple notebook ... With 80 gb hard disk... I have subdivided it into two operating system and have xp too. I have alloted 55 gb of space too xp and work over it and when i get time i try out the features of mac ... The most wonderful part is the white remote that you can use in mac ... that really turns the mac book on.... Cheers !!!
Can you tell how can i install XP in notebook? Is there any special software required? Any help would be appreciated
Funny, u cannot install XP on a Mac dude, they are different companies and different platforms are needed, just how they made it !!

nice man never knew mac now has xp support, i should now go for mac lappy, when i have enough cash, i was looking around for dell lappies .
Who says we cannot install xp on mac book .... i have been using it from 2 months now ... In which i have given 25 gb space to mac and rest is to windows (55 gb ) Steps : !.open mac 2.Put your windows 98 cd 3.Go the boot camp and double click on it .. Rest follow the steps as provided you can decrease and increase the partition as you want for xp and mac Cheers !!
It cost 70k INR, which makes to about $1800 USD Don't know whether its costly when compared to rates at US, but i just liked it
