Of course, Google hates the buying of links for SEO enhancement and penalizes them. However, do other search engines do the same? Anyhow, the only reason one would buy a link outside of SEO would be to gain an advertisement. Note, however, directory submissions and social bookmarking are types of paid links that are sometimes permitted by Google.
If you build and buy many types of links, google can`t find it. Buy links from blogs, comments, froum posts, forum signatures, listings, news sites, web 2.0. Up to 20 per month.
Paid directory or paid press release submission is not same as "paid links". Google knows the difference in both methods.
Sometimes blogs with quality articles gets bunch of natural back links from Social Bookmarking. How the Google is treating these kind of backlinks?
Some types of bought links make it easy for the search engines to see that those links have been bought, so that will get you penalized. So if you buy backlinks, make sure you do so in a way that the search engines cannot detect. Chris
