I recently bought two domain names related to mortgages but they are .ws extensions.

In google keyword tool, one of the domains gets 110k searches per month for the "Exact Result" which is identical to mydomain.ws

The other gets 74k searches per month for the "Exact Result" which is identical to mydomain.ws

Did I lose $20 or should I develop?
I just bought them because that is a lot of exact searches per month, and in the mortgage industry.

    Ideas?

It really depends on how competitive/strong the other ranking sites are. Exact keyword match helps, but certainly won't be all you need for a competitive keyword. If you can get into the top ten, it's not worth it. There are mortgage sites that spend six figures a month on SEO, have 10 year plus domains, and you'll never outrank them. I personally wouldn't develop a .ws - especially if it was going to take a lot of work to rank, but that's just me.
