    Hey,
I bought 3-4 expired domains .Com's and they are still unused because i am scared of the fact that they might be sandboxed how to make sure that, they are safe or not and even if i start the website... will i be able to get them indexed in google... if yes then how... ?

Depends how old they are? Sandbox is meant to last something like 3-8months for new websites. So the older it is the better. And by old I mean when it was first indexed. If it was never indexed than it might still be treated as new by google.

I'm pretty sure they'll lose their age when dropped. If you go to freshdrop.net (not the expired domain names) or tdnam.com they'll hold the age.
