    I bought my house before i started my internet-empire.. but i have used my earnings to buy new wood flooring, granite, and to pay-off my Jaguar, and in 60-days pay-off my wifes new Infinity...
    I guess paying-off my house is next! :cool:

    --PS.. i think Shoemoney bought a Hummer with his earnings..

    Dont worry mortage market is US in about to blow. Wait till it blows off completely. Govt. will cut further Interest rates to create more liquidity. Dont be surprised to see your favorite mortage company declares bankruptcy this christmas!

    I am paying my condo rent with my earnings and many more thing (i dont like to discuss here) :D House is my next priority but i am waiting for the property bubble to burst.

    When people loose enough money in property bubble, i could be holding on to cash to grab the premium realty at cheap price.
