    I bought the site:

    http://darkscaler.com

It has been banned from using Adsense. If I contact google will they let me put ads on there. The site nop longer has anything to do with the banned person.

Sites don't get banned, owners do, but contact them first before putting the ads up as otherwise you may get banned. as in their eyes the site is associated with the previous owner.

They should be able to help you out...

    Good luck :)

Sites do get banned and owners warned. As I have said before I had a blog sexmate.blogspot.com that was banned because google basically said the name was too suggestive, but I am not banned from adsense
