    most of the users that posted here agreed that an official DIGG thread would be enough.... but to respond your question, I beleive that this DIGG thing would fit to the LINK DEVELOPMENT forum, because basically this is the reason why people created diggs: to get trafic and links.

    Added: actually "advertising exchange" would be a good overall name for it I believe ...
