    hello people

i'm having a problem with a border in my page..i have a border like this one around my tables by placing the image of a black dot and set width to 100% an height to 1 in horizontal borders and width to 1 and height to 100% in vertical borders..
but for some reason it only works in firefox...

now my question is..how do i make a black border like this one ?

see there's a little grey border inside ? well just outside that you can see a very thin black border...how can i get that border?
the upper and lower outer borders are part ofthe image..but the vertical ones i don't think so... both of them are part of a inner border with the horizontal inner black lines...hope youunderstand me...
it's used in the fsdark template for phpbb so you can see it in the indexbody.tpl and almost all of the other files..but..i can't make it happen xDDD

an another one.. what attribute should i put in the bordercolor= for firefox or opera to recognize that colour..?? i put#000000 or "black" and it doesn't work

    thanks

    saludos :D
