I am looking for someone who has experience modifying bootstrap sites into WP theme. I prefer someone from the US because its the same time zone and easier for me to work with. I am making a site which will be a place where buyers and sellers offering a particular service can register. For now I will manually connect them on the backend, but I need both to register for the service. I found a Bootstrap template that I would like converted to a Wordpress theme.
