Any ideas on further places to promote, tactics that have worked for you, or pointers on where I'm going wrong? thanks!
How about creating a forum where your current and potential customers can share their experiences and tips? I found this very effective while happy customers start "selling" the product if they love it. It's also an effective way to face any objections there may be.
