Boosting sales of ClickBank Product

    Hey,

You can see my Migraine Relief Product in my Sig. I bought it a while back and it had some great sales figures. I've been doing some basic BUM Marketing, but it has really dropped off as of late.

Traffic is steady at 2k+ uniques a month but the sales are minimal, possibly the lowest they have ever been. Any ideas?

Nice site, is your traffic mostly targetted traffic?

How are you generating traffic to your sales page? SEO, PPC, Affiliates what?

If you're using SEO then maybe you have dropped in rankings.

If everything is the same as when you were making some great figures then all I can suggest is that your traffic isnt as targetted as it was.

I purchased it and it was mostly affiliate sales, so I assumed they would be fairly steady. So affiliates were the main form of sales.

What would make you want to promote a product? I mean what would really make you want to promote a product? Figure that answer out, then offer it.

High Conversion rate and High Commission - But as the whole post is about how to make it convert better and I already offer 75% comm, then that hasn't help me achieve much :(

I think your site looks awesome so I have to go with untargetted traffic, you need to remember that a good 80% (dont care to argue about this, but from what i have seen people try this is what i think) of that traffic from affiliats that have not properly prepared their buyer (presold it) my suggestion is:

Look over your site. do you feel like it actually communicates what you want it to do, what makes it better then buying some tablets at the store, why is your product so much better, how is it more versitle...
i know this sounds like preselling stuff, but 300 lines of rpeselling a product to someone who has gotten to your site without any knowledge of your product might make the differance. Also split test with getting signups?

I would also suggest you did some micro niche keyword finding, setup a website on that keyword and then use it as both a hub for your bum marketing to go through and as an example for your affilaites (the more equiped hey are, the better quality the visitors will be)

I'd suggest you increase the price with $10. Most affiliates will not promote your product if they don't get at least a $20 share.
I really like your page I might even start an adwords campaign right now to test the waters and see how/if it converts.

Also, on your affiliate page make the affiliate email signup optional. Right now you force affiliates to enter their email in order to get access to affiliate materials. This will make you lose many people willing to promote your product.

    My 2c:

    * Change the Impact font to something else. Try Arial or Georgia. Impact is very masculine and won't connect so well with female readers, and also is not very easy to speed-read.

    * The same goes for your red/black colour scheme - it's a very masculine combination. Maybe you can lighten up the subheads, or use some graphics mixed into the copy that female readers can identify with. Blues (medical), oranges/yellows/purples (feminine).

    * Check your sales to see what proportion of sales come from women. If you're getting sales from mostly men, then perhaps you can make a few small tweaks to make the offer more appealing to women as well and boost your conversion that way.

    * I'm not quite sure why you've got a bonus book of recipes... it doesn't seem to fit with the product and may be distracting people.

    * There are some issues of credibility/believability I can see. For example, claiming you've spent thousands researching the techniques in the guide and that it took 5 years, when earlier on you say you took 10 days off to work to do your research.

    * A few typos too - "NO doctor or drug can prevent you against migraines ...". "Prevent you" should be "protect you" ? Get someone who speaks English natively to proof read the copy.

    Good luck :)

Edit: be sure to set up regular split tests to improve conversion. You should pretty much always have at least one running. Test different headlines, background colours, layout, arrangement of sales points, PSs, order graphics and so on. Sometimes even the smallest change can impact on conversions in a surprising way (for example, I'm testing a different background colour on one of my products now and it looks to have literally doubled conversions).
