Sorry, didn't totally get the top message, its probably just me But i think this is what you meant;

You set the PPC price. - Thats pay per click price ( or cpc, cost per click )

Say $0.03 is your PPC price, that means an advertisers pays you $0.03 EVERY time a user on your site clicks their ad, they choose how many clicks they want, and pay $0.03 ( or whatever your price is ) for each click and their ad runs untill all of those clicks purchased are delivered.

Thanks, but every site starts small and its users like you ( no offense, tons of people say it ) that don't help it one bit - BUT our sitepoint listing with every upgraded feature is bring us a few quality publishers/advertisers daily and were growing at a steady pace and will be promoting ALOT more once my paypal funds clear so i can use them.
