Yeah, It can be very tough running a company like this. Its often hard to find posters to do certain forums. Not to mention when you have 5 orders a day.

He could just be very busy and have little time as it is. But if your reading this morgan. I would suggest dropping another priority. Or hiring a co-partner? That works for me.

Yes, we have been receiving alot of orders on some days over 10+ a day it is quite hard to keep everything updated whilst it is like this and also i have has other arrangements which where scheduled which could not be dropped.
It looks like where starting to catch up on the orders and everyone should start seeing posts soon.
For thoughs who have pmed me im sorry for the wait some writers you may know take a job and disappear this not only wastes time but i then have to try and contact them which i give 1-2 days for a response if there hasnt been a reply i give the job to someone else.

If the posts arent up to your standards please e-mail me via the site and i will contact the posters and get them to increase detail and information in posts.

Hey, I posted a question a while ago. But morgan hasn't answerd it yet. So im going to post it again:

On your site is says 12 - 16 writers for the gold plan. Does this mean that you will get 12 - 16 diffrent people to post on our forums?

 

Hi Revamped, As you may know 12-16 writers is quite alot and with the package cost isnt much pay if it where to be split between that many individual people in most cases we have about 5-6 writers do the post and they setup 2-3 accounts and roughly post the certain amount of posts this gives the forum a unique feel to the posts, as there are still 5-6 writers posting.

Nah, not quite i am still hear just working really hard to get everything done, i have had a hacker pretty much destroy all my sites and work i have done in the last 8 months so trying to get back to square one looks like it might take a month or so.
I am trying my best to get all orders done but its very hard when trying to get so much done in so little time, i have also been trying to contact different lawyers attorney's etc. As the guy also stole 150 domains and in between running my business offline it gets very time consuming if you have any questions please pm me i will surely answer them ASAP.
Hopefully ill have paidposts.com back up this week.

Ummm, I know how hard this type of business can be, I run a site offering the same type of service.
May I reccomend a few things Morgan:

First go to the Website where you are advertsing paid forum posts and explain why your site is down as its looking not very professional at all.
Deal with the complaints you are getting very quickly and refund if needed.
Dont be scared to give there money back if it means you keep your customers happy.
Employ more writers and offer a service where each writer is a different person completly. All our writers are individuals and will only sign one account per package and people prefer this rather than the same ip signing up and pretending to be 3 people, its not good business...

You need to keep these people happy thye are your customers and the bad feedback in the forums will do you no good at all.

Stay focused , get a clear head, even stop taking orders while you get sorted out and get the site back online asap.

I have been very busy and working really hard to get everything updated i have had a hacker target me over the last 3 weeks which is making very hard for me, he has crashed every single site i own and has stolen over 150 domains by using a tracker on my computer getting my passwords and pushing the names to his account.
This is making the situation harder as i dont have full control of my domains until i receive them back hopefully within a few days time then i can get the site back up and hopefully start off again.
We have taken this time to complete as many jobs as possible and we are looking to be on track within a weeks time, i have hired an extra 2 posters which seems to be helping.
Please escuse me for the last couple of weeks been very stressed as i have seen about a years work get deleted by someone for no reason at all.
