This is something I found a few weeks back and it was a simple little trick. I installed the alexa bar in my browser and daily I had around 300 page impressions from my browser itself to my site (because It was in the development stage). After 2 weeks I realised that my alexa ranking had jumped more than 20 million places and into the 100,000 mark!!! I don't know what is the logic behind it, but it works! Try it out guys.
