    Getting a boost for my health and fitness forum -

    Hey Guys,
    I own http://BeFit4Free.net - A free health and fitness forum to discuss health, fitness, weight loss & dieting, bodybuilding and alternative health medicine.

    I just launched it a week or so ago, but need to get more traffic. Here are my current stats:

    BeFit4Free.com Discount Supplements Forum Statistics
    Threads: 32, Posts: 147, Members: 25, Active Members: 25

    What do you recommend to boost traffic / relevant posts etc.

    I rate it wit''Yes! It can get you a lot of traffic.'' but be sure you are getting uniqe content and after you stop paying the members to post submuit yourr forum to sum directories that shoud get you alot of traffic
