that depends on your need, if you want to index your site fastly prefer book marks(digg, delicius etc), looking for long term result(result you will get in max 3 months) for forums and Blogs. so choose your self.

 

For me forum posting is better than all because we get many benefits due to forum posting.

1. Get backlinks for website
2. Get more traffics for free than other free link building services
3. Get lots of tricks due to discussion. We get more than one people opinion regarding any types of prolem.

So, i think forum posting is better than all.

Forums are good to inform Bots about what keywords you are targetting at most to rank, but Social bookmarking helps you to be indexed faster.

If you combine all three, you can pretty much get good rankings!

 

Yes, But if you bookmark doesn't it have to get several votes or diggs for Google to consider it relevant or popular? I heard redditt and others have certain no follow attributes for submissions that have just one or two votes.

I think they're all equally important. I think you should do all three of them.

 

linka from forum posting is almost good for nothing. social bookmarking works great for indexing and to add a few backlinks but out of all 3, blog commenting will give you long term benefit (there are other lot better ways of building backlinks tho)
