bookmarking the site

Hi,

Can anyone explain me what is meant by bookmarking and how to bookmark a site and list of some goodmarking sites?

 

Bookmarking is to add your favorite websites to your browser/ online service colelction.
Famous-->http://del.icio.us, my.yahoo.com,google bookmarks, etc

yeah right, any site which you like and would need to refer in the future can be bookmarked by pressing ctrl+D and it will be saved for you on the browser without bothering to remember it.

If you are using Firefox as your browser than you can also opt for the add-on feature which is used for tagging a site you like directly in your del.icio.us account if you have one. you can then access these bookmarked sites on del.icio.us from any computer .

favorites >> add to favorites is also book marks, google bookmarks? where lol, it wont help ur site ranking
