Bookmarking script ??

hi,

IS there any bookmarking script available , like furl , del.icio.us digg etc.

i have a domain www.Bookmarkplace.com and want to develop it as book marking site..

My suggestion is to first find out what exactly do you want to do with your site (and why).

There are plenty of clones of delicious, digg and so on already.

If you want something unique, it's better to hire someone that will make a custom script for your site.

 

CAn you let me know any clone of digg. delicious plz??

pligg is best in all opensource scripts, but it is still in beta i think...

If you are looking for a simple bookmarking script, go for scuttle.
Easy to install and user-friendly. I have launched a new bookmarking site with scuttle.

 

Joomla has a script or module called bookmarks.

Drupal so I have read that you can inport into nodes the bookmarks and go from there.

I prefer Drupal for its SEO friendlyness but Joomla for all the available plugins. If you want the link for the Bookmarks for Joomla PM me...

i am not looking for any specific niche bookmarking .. I want a genearl one..

Currently i am testing pligg.com , i am satisfied with it wuite a lot..

 

there was one nice in jim westergren's blog.

the code were given for wordpress plugin.
