Bookmarking/directory submission script?

    I'm looking for a script that will submit my site(s) in a scheduled or un-scheduled fashion to various social bookmarking sites or directories. anyone know where i can find a good working application? thanks!

    For directory submissions it's not indicated Manual is the way

    Bookmarking Demon where to find it ? it is good ?

    For directory submission there are a bunch of paid services available that seem to do a reasonably good job. @$75 USD for 400 directories is reasonable cost these days.
