I doubt many of the members here will be using that software. Try going to the syndk8 forums... there's more people there that do this kind of thing, they may be able to help.

if you bought it from the bookmarkingdemon website, then I would contact the creator. He is really nice and should reply within a few days.
Not sure exactly what your problem is but just email Edwin (the creator), he'll sort it out for you. Did you buy some previous version like 1 and you are trying to get to 3.4, or did you buy 3?
