    Absolutely - and you'll need a huge marketing budget if you are going to win the confidence of consumers. I don't know how things are in Pakistan but down here in NZ we've had new "dealers" pop up, take money, issue tickets and disappear. When the traveller gets to the airport/hotel/etc they'll discover the paperwork they have is bogus.

    I wouldn't buy tickets from a site that didn't have strong industry backing - you will need to spend up large on market research to discover how wide spread that opinion is and what else you need to overcome and then decide if you have the budget and passion.
