BookGarden.com - PR4 Domain - Old Record - Appraisal?

    A friend of mine owns BookGarden.com and is no longer using the domain for business purposes. What do you think it's worth? $2000, $4000 or more? I figure it's worth a lot to someone because it's unique, two simple words, easy to spell, decent PR, listed in Google...
