this morning a bomb was discovered in a car in the haymarket region of london city centre. from initial reports is seems that gas canisters were also discovered, obviously in order to cause the optimum damage/ loss of life. we frequently go into london, as do our children, and are worried that this may point to the fact that yet another bombing campaign is in the pipeline. would advise all people travelling through london, or living there, to be extra vigilant, especially with regard to deserted cars in central areas and any abandoned bags or luggage. my advice would be to err on the side of caution and if you think something looks a bit suss report it.
Yes, more worrying news for Londoners. Incredibly bad planning if you ask me. Since we've all known the date Tony Blair was finishing as PM for at least the last month they could have at least timed it to send him off with a bang!
on a more serious note! think that this campaign could be leading up to marking the last successful bombing campaign in july two years ago!
oh, im leaving and going to england tomorrow Nah, you just gotta not think about any of those thigns happening
yes of course life must go on. just a week after the last bombs went off in london we all went to an REM concert in hyde park, but we did look around us a whole lot more, especially on the underground. so no, don't let it put you off, otherwise the bastards get the upper hand, but do keep your eyes open!
