    Downloading Mp3 is also called warez and issue with adsense. Anyway many people may advice you not to do so. But for me, I see many site doing that without problems

    use anthing except torrent for your songs

    chakkar kya hai yaar include a message that users should delete this song 24 hours after they download from your site , and report copyright issues etc

    Its a violation of adsense toc. But many site use adsense for illegal site.

    No i have already seen couple of mp3 sites getting banned from adsense,even in 1 i was partner but google will bann you, so i'd say its definitely illigal
