Does bolding the keywords help ? or is it really not that important that I shouldn't even bother wasting my time on it.
From my understanding there is more to SEO keyword working than simply bolding, although it will help increase the strength of the word in the eye of the crawler, you need to be using underlines, slashes all sorts of things. Main things are h1 tags in terms of incontent work...
use the strong tag, it does help, its just tells the SEs what your content is about, similar to how you would use h1,h2 tags for your important headlines
A tiny help and not a big deal. Please bold it only necessary and not because of seo expecting, otherwise it would be flagged as spam attempt from Google perspective.
Hi, Right, bolding your targeted keywords using <strong> tag would be helpful for SEO purpose. But, don't use too much, twice per page would be OK enough, IMO. all the best,
It will be helpful but dnt use it too much on your content..it would count as spam also so be careful while bolding your keywords.
Just don't over use it, though it could help a little, just use it whenever it is important to emphasis that keyword, titles or sentences.
Bold does help and is one element on on-page SEO, titles are probably more important as areother factors such as internal linking and KW density - but bold is still useful.
I always use the strong tags for SEO but never really use bold tags for SEO purposes. I don't think it can create enough of an effect to justify using bold tags which will change the appearance of my site.
IMO bold or strong do not help. Ten years ago, it did. And even then, it did not help very much. Today, it looks foolish to site vistors. So, I would avoid it.
I am pretty sure or <STRONG> tags have no value to Google. I am also pretty sure they will not hurt either. Googles policy is that that if works with the natural flow it will benefit your users experience and therefore your credibility and eventually traffic. However, they do not say definetively one way or the other if certain tags help you and if so, how much. I say USE them if they fit with your content and TEXT. Good luck!
This old on-page factor is still in effect but only a bit. It will be positive if you done in proper way and not spam. You should bold any words only if necessary and not every single words.
I taught this trick to my girlfriend back in 2006 when I taught her about doing websites and make money with them. Now she's still doing it, me it's been a long time I've stopped, too lazy for that
bold your keywords in the article. Not all of them, but the more important ones. Search engines may see this as something important. Even if it does not, it will catch the readers eye and may get them to read more of the article.
yes .It will help it is a ideal guide line for content optimization but you cannot expect that you will get your position up by boding the keywords. we just follow the ideal guideline so the same result with Italic keywords
