bold listing at proxy.org

    Hey,

    i want to know if these are worth there money?
    do they bring in more traffic and more importantly do they turn into clicks?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi,

    I would say no because most of the traffic is traffic you won't make money from.
    proxy.org and goodwaiter send users directly to the page the users want to browse to. You may get some to your main page but not that many.

    Unless you're framing the browsing pages with ads it's probably not worth it.

    thanks for the info, would any body be able to point me in the right direction for receiving quality traffic for a proxy site.

    are Myspace bullitens any good?

    No, not really.I highly recommend proxy.org lisiting since these are returning visitors.Then they later on visit your site directly! :)

    So has it been your experience that a reasonable amount of visitors return to your site?
    Was there anything in paticular that you did to make the percentage of visitors who return higher?

    I get a decent amount from a Arabic version of proxy.org? Weird.

    But i get a decent amount. I'm happy with it.

    Bolded listings also appear as direct links besides the browse form, perhaps few people note that. If the visiters come through direct link, they will go directly to the homepage with a higher probability of giving you some clicks. If the visiters come through the browse form, the chances are much less. But they will convert into paying visiters if they return, but its somewhat unlikely since most of the proxy.org users use proxy.org as a normal proxy site and go again to proxy.org for browsing because from there they always able to get to some working proxies. Use ads on proxied pages to earn something out of these visiters too.

    Or you may try some other TRICKS ;)
