Off course you can use h1 tag to promote your site but important thing is that be careful on your content and articles

 

That is a great point. I couldn't agree more. A lot of people that do or claim to do SEO are obsessed with one or another aspect of. Like link building or chasing PR. There are valid arguments to be made in support of either one of those activities, but at the end of the day you should develop the site with quality content, meta content, easy navigation etc. Once you have a great site, PR, links, and SERPs will follow.

 

Beside from Search Engine Point of View it will also mark some positive impression on User just stay away from over doing; its good to have 3-4 key word phrases to be bold in 150 words; but if you make 15-20 key phrases it not looks good.

 

Balance and common sense is the best rule of thumb for a lot of things including SEO.

 

Almost that's true. But your keyword should be logical and attractive also.

 

keywords bold means that u are highlighting your main keywords . in other words search engine will place an emphasis on these bold keywords
