Bodyweight exercises vs weight training

    Which of the two do you prefer with respect to strength? I am not talking about which do you think is superior, because I think to each his own.

    What I am interested in knowing is your preference. Mine is bodyweight exercises with weights added, like weighted pull-ups and pushups. I find that these routines give a higher strength to bulk ratio whereas weight training gives you a higher bulk to strength ratio. I enjoy being in the former category.
