Any member curious about how to put on muscle please post here about anything they want to know about bodybuilding and fitness in general. I have been bodybuilding on and off since my teens and have loads of experience on the subject. Remember the 3 basics of putting on lean muscle (with as little fat as possible). 1) Lift weights, heavy as possible, while keeping correct form. 2) Eat the right foods- with an emphasis on protein, while keeping fats low. 3) Rest- get at least 8 hours of solid sleep in the night- because muscle repair and growth occurs when we are sleeping.
yep but it'll be much harder. Most professional bodybuilders who are women use lots of testosterone and look like men.
