Bodybuilder intro (see bigs not always dumb)

    Hi everyone,well i have opened a new bodybuilding site a month ago,im hoping to pick alot up from this site which i was told about by a friend who does know what he's doing lol i just some how manage.

    hoping to get some feedback and ideas on my site which is making a few big waves around the bodybuilding scene and is also in phpnuke which everyone seems to be loving too.

    i tryed that joomla but it did not look as nice,but im no programer lol i had a guy come in and set this place up for me,i just want to tweek a few bits here and now and also work out what pages i can get going too

    ok, well for 90%... if you can use a computer, then you can work with Joomla :D
    But what about the redirection for the pages, did you fix it already?
    Otherwise i can fix it for a small fee for you ;)

    you have to remember i lift heavey weights every day again and again till it hurts then i do it all again,,,,,so yes a bit dumb lol and yes i had a guy set this up ,but i need to start learning a few bits myself so any help needs to be in simple english :D but i do have a good sence of humar
