    ++ Amazon affiliated (means revenue source)
    ++ Nice clean layout

    This is a great site with loads of infomation on body building.. it comes with 5 ebooks that have master resale rights with them so your able to sell them on the site for however much you would like,,,

    Site is new so assume little traffic/ revenue

    only after $10 for it via paypal

    @rowza thanks (if you press BIN then its all officially yours) and will add skype later (currently out and about on iphone) and it should be fairly easy if you have a basic understanding of html/website creation (should be able to intergrate adsense no problem)
