Indulging is 'ok' for me though it trully does feel like poison. I lose strength and feel like crap for days after I drink. When I didn't workout like I do now I could drink w/o much problem, now however it simply kills.
I also would recommend not taking steroids, however what you posted as a reason not to is pretty false. It also depends on 'what' steroid you're talking about, as discussed already certain items are considered steroids that you normally would not think of.
If I don't lift at least 5-6 times a week I feel like crap ;)

    I usually do 4 times a week

    Mon chest + bi
    Tue leg + abs
    wed off
    Thur back + tri
    Fri off
    sat off
    Sun shoulder

i play ball on Sat so i can't work on Friday..i just can't lift 3 day in a row. I don't have enough sleep so recovery is slow. My butt is extremely sore from some nice squat last night

Did you guys (and everyone else) come up with your own programs or did a professional trainer set them up for you??

    came up with them myself.

to be honest, if you go to the gym, there are so many people there that are willing to offer advice and set you up with a routine free (even some trainers might help out)

but this latest routine i'm following actually came from my friend

    I make my own routines.
    Currently I workout as follows.
    Monday 2 Hours of chest
Tuesday 2 Hours of Upper Back
Wensday 2 Hours of Legs and low back / Abs
    Thursday 2 Hours of Shoulders
Friday 2 Hours of Tri's and Chest
Saturday 1 1/2 Hours of Biceps, possibly some back and abs depending

I will work in extra days or more time etc depending on the week.

Actually, the trainer that I am working with is part of my membership fee.... I don't know how I would feel about just asking some random person at the gym. I'd hate to bother someone while they were trying to work out.

Jealousy is not a good thing..
Being a twig or being built, I'll take being built any day of the week.

    Might be photoshopped..
No one can build thigh and cuts in the chest and stomach in that manner altogether!
