Yeah, I enjoy Whey Protein by Champion. Most flavors are tasty and the brand is cheap online at several sites.

I'm on month three so I am an extreme beginner. Haha. I'm doing this to get in shape and lose weight.

CLA can help lose fat and gain muscle 'according to studies I've read'
I buy all over the net, bodybuilding.com, suprememuscle.com, islandsupplements.com, discountanabolics.com, many places depending on what I'm buying ;)

Green tea is good! I like it!

Green tea extract is pill, so you don't have to drink it.

just placed an order on bodybuilding.com

Syntrax Matrix 5.0, 5.40 Lbs., Cookies & Cream
Dymatize Xpand, 2.04 Lbs., Pina Colada
Universal Storm, 1.81 Lbs., Fruit Punch

price is alright, i got all three for 102 after shipping. I used a 10 dollar off coupon and my own aff link so end up around 80 bucks...

That's not bad at all! Go to the GNC and many will pay that just for their creatine mix!

I use to be pretty heavy into weightlifting. My best records, though nothing spectacular, we're 250lbs bench at 157lbs and a 5:57 mile pass after a year of training; though likely, would've done MUCH better at 18 or 19 but never went back to the track to have myself timed.

I did this with just regular eating and no special supplements or anything. The mile time came when I was in 10th grade (15 years old) and bench came when I 19 years old.

Unfortunately I've since gained 60lbs, and got married...haha

I got reflex instant whey banana which tastes brill, and dymatize choc and mint which is ok.

Got some glutamine, micro mono creatine, problab cuts 3, some vitamins and NO-Shotgun.

any one tried myprotein.co.uk custom formula builder?!?

I've heard good stuff only about storm and shock therapy stack, no-shotgun and superpump250.

check out bodybuilding.com it's like the #1 site for it :) Highly reccomend looking there.

I have a ton of green tea that I already bought, so I am determined to drink it, no matter how bad it tastes... I found it's much better with a little bit of milk & honey. ;)

And I decided which gym to join - the one with the walking track and all the free weights. I'm a bit intimidated by the free weights, but I'm sure that won't last long. $240/year... Includes use of the sauna (will love that this winter...) and some fitness classes (pilates, kickboxing)

I know. :p And if I was still working at my old job, I'd qualify for a discount and only have to pay $120/year.

    NCZ_Nate;

I do the same type of thing, mostly to increase strength, you will naturally get bulky, this sould be done first for a while to get your muscles in shape, then start taking any suplements.

    Cheers

You will not 'naturally' get bulky, diet and the way you workout, plus your genetics will play into this.
You can gain strength w/o getting bulky, you can tone w/o getting bulky, you can lift weights w/o getting bulky.
