    Yep.
Had to go a little lighter on them since I took my lower back out.

But I've been doing rack pulls which I'm loving!

Nope, I don't lift to 'body build' but simply as a hobby.
Kind of 1/2 way between body building and power lifting, a mix of each ;)

    Cool nice one mate.

So whats everyones favorite and least favorite exercise?

My favorite are one-arm dumbell snatches just find them over-all fun and a very good exercise.

My worst is ass to the grass squats infact i hate them, when squat day comes around i generally feel sick.

I love deadlifts also actually should have put them joint favorite.

I can see what you mean by pull-ups too especially weighted chins/pull-ups.

power cleans and military presses is my current favorite exercises at the moment...Least favorite I'd say probably barbell curls.

Btw, random question....Does anybody seem to notice their decline bench press is stronger than their incline and flat bench? Using a barbell, I can go about 50lbs heavier on decline. I'm guessing it's because of the shorter travel distance and angle of the lift.

Least favorite? The last 2 reps of any of them. ;)

In most cases decline is stronger, shorter travel plus the bottom of your chest you do use slightly different muscles ;)

    50 pounds heavier though!? Damn!

One of these days I gotta try maxing on decline, usually by the time I hit decline I'm so spent I don't get anywhere near my flat bench.

    Slackerrrrrrrr. lol jp ;)

lol yea its kinda weird for me. Feels pretty good to be able to rep out my flat bench max on decline. :D But yea, I know what you mean...During chest days, I usually keep decline bench as the 2nd or 3rd exercise, or sometimes even last.

I do upwards of 12+ 'yes 12 totally separate' pressing exercises on my chest day of 4-5 sets each.

Todays workout landed my decline at about exercise #9 so I had already done 32+ sets! :p

I should hit decline first one of these days, I usually hit my flat and inclines first though. More than likely because of being able to do more, hitting it when tired I can still do a decent weight! :D

good lord, 12 exercises per session??? lol. That would be overtraining for myself. :D I usually hit about half of that. How long do your workout sessions usually last?
