Put traps and shoulders on their own day, preferably at least 48 hours after your chest/tris day so your delts can recover a bit from that workout.

Alright that's exactly what I was thinking. When I did shoulders on the chest day I was dying on the incline/flat bench.

I know how to work my shoulders, but thanks..

Personally I'd add at least 1 day if I were you.

    Day 1 Chest/Tri's
    Day 2 Shoulders
    Day 3 Legs/Abs/Low back
    Day 4 Upper Back/Biceps

IMO would work pretty damn well for 4 day workout, you could take a day off inbetween 2 and 3 if you wanted.

    Mine currently is
    Day 1 Chest/Tri's
Day 2 Upper Back / Day 2 Session 2 Light Arms
    Day 3 Legs/Abs/Low Back
Day 4 Chest/Tri's with an emphasis on the Tri's
    Day 5 Shoulders
    Day 6 Upper Back/Biceps

    Total of 7 sessions

This one is a bit out of date, I've added about another 15-20 pounds of muscle since this was taken.

    It was hairy...

Motivation, it's better than smoking and drinking like I used to do ;)

Besides I love it, it's my hobby. I feel like crap if I don't go in.
