You aint going to get to Arnolds size anytime soon without the use of steroids.

Infact if you ever get to his size without them at his peak ill give you 0.01p

It would take manic eating, supplementation, proper training to get anywhere close and even then he'd still have the upper edge.

Natural test boosters are overrated and over hyped. The best natural test booster I have found to date is simply lifting weights and having a balanced diet. ;)

There are some worth noting but there not going to give massive gains, like others have said eating well and lifting "properly" are the key. You must get these two down before you think about supplementation of any sort.

That excludes protein powder though as the powders are an easy way to get excess calories in because you wont gain muscle without excess calories. Except for newbie gains.

Tribulis is an alright natural booster, I also started testing out 'testofen' and have had good luck.

Some are decent, many are simply a waste of your hard earned money. Cissus is another I'd recommend, slight anabolic effect, mostly helps your ligaments though.

Alot believe tribulis is down to the saponin content but its more due to the protodioscine content.

Ahh you guys are making me jealous i havent been able to workout due to my heart condition.

Used to live by the rule lift big and eat big lol. Was in good shape. Used compound exercises with the addition of some olympic lifts. Used to thai-box also.

I would get my diet correct and take protein shakes.
To increase mass 5 things must occur.
More calories, protein/ carb balance, heavy lifting, sleep and proper water intake.

    Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 60% protein 40% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chili or any type of bean)

For your carbs, Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three to six times per week and aerobic exercise one to three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
    Good Luck !!!

Try to dink protein shakes between your 6 meals any brand. You need to take in 500 to 1000 calories more than you burn

    Heavy weight low reps
    Day 1) chest and back
    Day 2) arms and shoulders
    Day 3) legs, calves
    Day off then repeat
    Abs, calves and forearms everyday

Please note 60/40 is the protein to carb ratio
fats are not listed because there is so much fat in a normal diet

    You have to make time..

I have done it before as well, build up only to lose it for a year or more.

Find a way and keep with it!

    Thank You

Working out and eating correct should be a life long commitment. Our bodies are often neglected and abused. Try making changes no matter how small.

Find time to work out even if it just pushups and sit ups before and after work. Try doing ab crunches sitting at a desk. Flex your arms in the mirror when you are leaving the restroom. Take the stairs.

An example of my workout, todays routine.

Shoulder 'right side' has been bugging me so had to go a bit light and call it a bit early compared to normal, but still got a decent workout in. Took me about 2 1/2 hours.

Started with flat bench simply to warm up.
    365x3,3,2,2,2
    In grip press 315 x 3,3,3,2
Incline Press with 80 pound resistance bands
    135x6,155x5,175x4,195x3
Incline Press Close Grip 80 pound resistance bands
    135x4,4,5,4
Incline Wide Press 80 pound resistance bands
    135x6,155x5,175x4,195x1
-The resistance bands really changes the workout up, if you've never tried them give it a go. 80 pounds on those are totally different than 80 pounds free weight. You would need to add 80 pounds to the listed weights to get the true weight, I list only the free weights being used.

    Superset
    Wide Grip Press 225x8,275x5,295x4,315x3
    Decline Press 225x8,275x6,295x4,315x1
-I'm loving super setting certain pressing motions, burns you the fuxx out!

    Superset
    Pause press 225x6,6,6,6
    Decline Close 225x6,6 245x4,4

    Reverse Close Press 185x8,205x6,225x5,245x3
    Reverse Wide Press 225x6,245x6,265x4,285x2
--the Reverse Wide Press is quickly becoming one of my favorite movements!
    --
At this point I was spent :p
    Dips 0x10, 45x8
    Tri Cables on balance 'balls?'
    130x10,140x10,150x10,160x8
    Cable over shoulder 150x8,160x6

This was my light chest day, I try to emphasize a bit more on my tri's than the chest on these days. During heavy/extreme workouts I'd of done another 4-5 exercises. I'm working my way back up to those days.

This routine as most of mine would be extreme over training for most, I however lose strength if I do not hit it hard.

What does your workouts look like?

Accomplish the most destruction with minimal amount of effort.

Your attack relies on intense violence and the impact of shock force to create a temporary appearance of superior strength. In any fight it essential that you stun your target with an all out fury, and then capitalize on the confusion you created. At critical moments in fighting men must overcome conditions and misery they could never have imagined.
For a fighter alone on the mat or in a cage the difference between winning and losing in measured in seconds.

I love bodybuilding. I am not as big as I used to be. I used Prohormones before, but wouldn't do that again because even though I did get bigger and stronger, I also retained much water weight and fat. I am much leaner now 202lbs . There are many side effects to using Prohormones and most of them you can't buy in the stores because they act like steroids in many ways. My favorite bodybuilders are The Barbarian Brothers. They were huge back in the day. They were in DC Cab, Flamingo Kid, and other movies. One of my friends met them out in California and said they were crazy big and just busted balls the whole time.
There is so much info out there on the net to learn from about bodybuilding/powerlifting. Read everything.
Hopefully these pics of the barbarians show up.

you're a beginner, i dont see the need for all those exercises especially those curls. really, you got a bunch of curls in there. i dont wanna be one of those guys who recommends rippetoes to all beginners, but really, it works. do it.

anyway, regarding your question, id do it max ot style, 4-6 reps. 8 on some exercises.
