Problem for me doing that is the customs and VAT the bloody uk charge for me to import my goods.

I've tried a drink with protein, glucosamine and creatine in at once to drink after a work out. It's a good drink, but I can't stand drinking it!

Almost time I got some new protein shakes too. Any you reccomend?

Ahh yeah that has to suck, no sources in your area? I could have sworn there were some big companies in the UK.

I personally like http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=SYNTRAX&item=SY040 this stuff. It tastes good, blends easy, good price and is more than just whey ;)

    Just had my cast removed.

Nurse told me, the elbow will heal it's self, and not to lift any weights at the gym for 3 MONTHS!!

Them you linked to only have 23g of protein a serving. Look at maximuscle, pricier, but has 74g per serving! :D

I don't like passing much time in GYM but like to care about health . But i don't need huge muscles as body builders does.

    That sucks
Servings in protein are trivial. Simply take 3 servings and get 69grams. I bet any money the serving size 'weight of product' is huge on the maximuscle.

I don't want one arm bigger than the other, no way :p

Need to start building muscle or loose weight? If it's loose weight give me a PM.

Depends on the arm. If my right arm was broke I would work out my left arm as my right is alot bigger in the first place. Hell I'd work the unhurt arm at least slightly anyways, keeping one arm strong is better than having 2 weak arms IMHO.

I've started some weights training again, with both arms :)

Just doing the pec dec and stuff that don't require me to bend my elbow.

Only problem is, the weight is significantly lower! From 105-110kg it's down to 47kg :\. Anyhigher and it bleeding hurts!

Just came back from a very intense session.

I moved to a new apartment last Sunday so i was off for 4 days. I just can't wait to get back and get pumped.

I ate really clean in the last 2 weeks. No sugar, no bad carbs, only chicken breast and egg white and tons of veggie.

and it pays off. I went crazy on machine squat. 14 of 45 pound plates. and i feel strong during the whole working

This time i am getting serious. Eat clean and lift big!

    Awesome.
Yeah eating good sure makes a difference doesn't it? Every time I drink or eat crap I feel like poison is in my body, my energy/power goes way down.

Glad to hear you coming back strong! When I moved I lost almost 20 pounds! Alot of muscle and gained some fat!
My shirts that are usually tight as hell are loose ATM!

Can't wait to hear some good progress ;)

I gave up bodybuilding when it started interfering with my binge eating and all-night benders.

Personally I use a cheap brand

    http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=DYMATIZE&item=DY046

    Is my normal brand ;)
I like that it's cheap, 50 servings per container, has more than just creatine, has BCAA's as well!

    Universal's Stack isn't bad either
    http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=UNIVERSAL NUTRITION&item=UN097
    with
    http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=UNIVERSAL NUTRITION&item=UN094

When it comes to supps I do not buy the super expensive brands ;)

Where on the net do you buy it? And what about CLA?

I'm currently looking for a gym to join. I used to lift & run 4-5 days a week, but it's been a while. I'm mostly looking to tone, shape, & define... But I wouldn't mind bulking up a little, in the right places. ;)
