i just heard a show on This American Life about testosterone and i am amaze what testosterone can do http://www.thisamericanlife.org/Radio_Episode.aspx?episode=220 i have no knowledge about roids..so those testosterone booster that are selling in supplement site are bad too?
I'm down with something as well. Missed yesterday, might miss today. Went in Mon and Tues but only partial workouts.
eat 6 time a day, 3 smaller meal and 3 snack in between. And low Carbs drink black coffee / green tea (no sugar no milk)
I got hit by the flu like 3 times back in january...I missed a ton of workout sessions, it was a pretty depressing month. lol
Yea somethin like that lol. But I live with like 10 other people in my house, and everybody else got sick too and just kept spreading it around. So when I got better one day, a couple days later somebody else that was already sick would give it to me again. It pretty much sucked. lol
Would it be possible for one of you too post a weekly routine of what exercises you do and a basic of what you eat in that time?
I would, but my workout routine is a bit advanced and would cause most to 'overtrain' Errr this has what to do with 'body building'?
