Almost every exercise require you using quads to stabilize yourself. there are people who torn their quads while benching;)

all push use tri, all pull use bi

You are eating way too little dude...get more protein. 30-45 minute is too little unless you superset every set.

Don't train chest and back in the same day.

    Hey dude!

I been eatin 2-3 protein drinks a day thats around 80 grams :D Thats half of what I wheigh...

I also eat vegis for dinner to keep that metabolism going :D

I have been pushing it when working out, I have been doing sets from 10-12, then 8-10, then 6-8 then the last set I do as many as I possibly can ( NOT MANY :D ) Then I don't waste much time and go right into the next exercise.

Is that not right? Please outline how I should be doing it? Also I have a question!!!!

I have been doing biceps every 2-3 days, but no matter how much I push it and do military presses I cant seem to get my biceps soar for more then 1 day. I cant lift any more with my arms so I must be doing everything I can... Why would this be happening?

Military press is for shoulder and tri (as i said, push exercise use tri)

Try 21s for your biceps. First do 7 lower partial curl (from starting position to 45 degree) then do 7 upper partial curl (from 45 degree to top) then do 7 full curl. No rest in between all 21 reps.

Do it as the last set of ur bi cause it is 21 is brutal. You bi will get so tight and pump because of the high volume. Use lower weight than normal.

Yup. I was thinking about it later and I think it must have been the seated calf raises that did in my quads...

Wow seriously, yeah just read that and wow totally false, personal attack. Guess someone is jealous.

I wish I was on steroids, I wish I ever took any, I wouldn't have to train so hard or eat so cleanly. I did take one over the counter product considered a pro steroid at one time, DHEA and Vitamin D is also a steroid though so wow I guess alot of people take legal steroids.

Especially those with bad form, I've watched some pretty bad benches in my day :D
I've only skimmed but you should get at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight, try for 1 1/2 if you can.

Also for shoulders try Arnie Presses ;) I just did shoulders yesterday and mine are on fire!

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Shoulders

    Scroll down to 'Arnold Presses'

You use a set of dumbbells, instead of doing a standard shoulder press you rotate starting palms facing in, and together to palms facing out and apart on the top.

Also try Cuban Presses, another great shoulder move ;)

I normally do the seated dumbbell press, and plate raises.

Some times I use the machines.
