Selling Boat, yachts related blog

Hi,
i´m selling a site of mine: http://www.thetopyachts.com/, it started to be a simple project but i just dont have the time. The site started on April 2009 it has only UNIQUE content and it´s hosted on blogspot.
The it has an average of 3-5 unique visitors (via search engine) per day. The site does not have adsense now so it´s not monetized, when it was it made about 1-2$ month.
The blog is an excellent starting point to this market niche although it does traffic, it´s not publicized, i never did link exchanged so basically it´s a starting point but with GREAT UNIQUE content. The site also has an average of 1.5 pageview per unique user.

The domain is at godaddy, but it´s not for sale, i´m got let it expire (in 1-2months period).
The exchange will be simples, i your blooger user as ADMIN and then you remove my user and it´s rights from this blog.
