For $200 I'd really recommend figuring out how to do this stuff yourself, and get users for free. In fact, you really don't need to spend anything, just invest your own time learning how to make it work. I started a forum last month and its already gotten so big I'm having trouble moderating it. I spent quite a bit of money on a domain, but that was it.
You think you could give me some tips then? I know this site has so much potential, I just cant seem to get it started... Edit: Template has been fixed, and forum posters I may have found... I am in for designing/programming websites for people who help out, if thy would liek that instead of money...
