i think that the board games are still popular. In my country drinking board games are very popular these days, you know girls and all

 

Call of Cthulhu is awesome, anyway I think it's a RolePlayGame and not a Board Game.

 

I always liked Monopoly and I always won. Everyone wants to own Boardwalk, Park Place and all the other expensive properties. The money is in the railroads, utilities and cheaper properties because in most rolls of the dice, people land on those.

 

Monopoly was always a fun game for me. But, then I started playing the Game of Life and I tended to prefer that board game.

 

Monopoly is cool, and the mechanics is easy to understand. I know there are many variations that make the game even more interesting, but I always played the classic edition only.
