Board admin, read. moderators, youve caused enough trouble, thanks.

To the board admins,

since i cant get a fair answer, or a fair case judgement from the moderators, im asking the admins to take a look at the case and its merits.

After an exchange of PMS with serveral mods, im presented with a problem.

Because of a poorly worded email i got from the board staff, i not only got a warning, but also an infraction because of the same post.

after trying to discuss with a moderator that because he moved a post to the section im not allowed in, it got me a warning. So when i asked for clarification of the warning email, i got an infraction.

after trying to discuss with the moderator about the warning and the following infraction, he reversed the warning and gave another infraction on top of it. so now i have several infractions because of one post and a very poorly worded email from a board staff member.

ive asked several times to have them reversed because yes the warning is fine, but the email, was very poorly worded which caused me to be confused. so posting to ask for clarification i got an infraction. the infraction stemed from the warning, which caused me to post my question that lead to the first infraction.

but the mod i was trying to discuss this with, reversed the warning and gave an infraction instead. so now i have two infractions because of one post, and when trying to deal with it in PM's, it doesnt get the problem resolved.

since there is no talk to admin section, there is really no other place to post this, yes ill get another infraction, but at this point, i dont care. im very mad that in my short time here, it has been nothing but a very bad headache. most of the moderator staff dont answer the questions clearly enough, and giving a second infraction for something your already being punished for is counter productive!

i would be greatful if a board ADMIN would discuss with me in pm's the reasons behind a warning that was several days old, getting reversed and instead infractions being given. i would also be greatful if a board ADMIN please resverse the terrible wrongdoing of a moderator and right an account and bring it back into good standing.

i also respectfully ask that the moderators please stay out of this thread. It is directed to a board administrator.

I am posting this publicly because im tired of getting the run around especially when a moderator makes a mistake, and im trying in good faith to fix the error.

Here's some friendly advice. Quit your bitching and move on with your life. The moderators do a great job, they're overworked enough as it is without people like you complaining about infractions. Infractions expire. Ignore them, and try to go about your business before you give more people the impression that can't play in the sandbox with others.

 

all i asked for was a fair review of something because i didnt understand.

the only way to learn from a mistake is to ask questions as to what caused the mistake to happen. im not bitching. im upset that when i asked for something to be explained, i get in trouble. moderators are supposed to be fair, impartial and helpful, and so far, only two have done that here, neither of which seem to completely understand where im coming from.

try being nicer next time.

Your account is still in "good standing". Nobody sees the infractions but you and I'm pretty sure you can get 10 of them before you get banned. Give us a break with this "terrible wrongdoing" business. Stop being such a drama queen. Like TikTok said just ignore them and don't make anymore threads like this. Because it's quite "counter productive!" and could just lead to another (you guessed it) infraction.

 

The board administrator hates your type of post (judging from past experience) and almost never responds to them. Do as others have suggested and don't make another post about this issue. Even if they made a mistake, nothing is going to happen (expect you face getting banned) - and really, who cares about a stupid infraction that no one else but you can see.... move on, forget about it.

 

ya know, someone once said sugar goes further than vinager, and welp, i guess many of you have proven a point that ive known for a long while. i asked for board admins, not mods, not other users, but everyone insists on giving their two cents.

 

There is only (1) admin and he hasn't posted in 7 weeks. Good luck waiting for a response.

Heh, heh, her brother is the Admin (owns DigitalPoint). I don't think you are going to be happy here. Perhaps there is another forum that would better cater to your needs?
