Are you a reseller or do you own your servers, as you are not sure where the servers are at. as you say they should be there.

 

I have root access on the master reseller server and I own the serverfor shared and normal reseller accounts.

But I ordered them from the same data center, so they should be in the datacenter in Chicago.

That test file is at forcium.net so how can you state that you are not using his servers..

I have already explained, the master resellers are hosted on another server from forcium, but things like shared hosting and resellers will be hosted the main server:
ns1.bmlhost.com & ns2.bmlhost.com

the data center is not the Chicago as you stated you ordered both from them.. That is a lie, as it is not from there and you did not order it..He did

The one is not it is from soft layer which is forucium

 

Yeah the first ip is from forcium and forcium gets them from softlayer. But the second ip's are from Iweb.com. But he says they are in Chicago.

Ok this is how it is now:

master resellers: forcium server (temporary until we get more customers to upgrade our main server)
shared and reseller accounts: my main server server (purchased from BodHost in the Chicago datacenter)

I believe his own server is in Chicago. The one hes temporarily sharing for me is in Washington DC with SoftLayer. Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Hey prilep, I also believe that Bodhost purchases their servers with IWeb in their chicago datacenter as well.
